State public universities to have Samarth challenge for full data administration – Instances of India

He mentioned the ERP challenge will handle ‘scholar growth life cycle’ and ‘e-governance for establishments/universities’. It has classes like accounts and finance, lecturers, administration, base modules, scholar associated providers, institution, governance and HR. Underneath accounts and finance class, an establishment can refill data for invoice monitoring system, charge administration, payroll administration, price range and accounts and procurement of products. Sub-categories below lecturers are programme, lecturers administration, analysis and grading, analysis administration and coaching of trainers administration. Underneath the administration class, a college can feed information for affiliation administration, endowment portal, analysis challenge administration system, file administration and monitoring system. Scholar associated providers class can have scholar suggestions, admission, alumni portal, hostel administration and coaching and placement.
