It says U.S. sanctions towards Putin might ‘rupture ties’

The Kremlin on Thursday gave a bleak evaluation of Russia’s safety talks with the US and NATO this week, describing them as “unsuccessful” and saying there was disagreement on basic points.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov additionally mentioned Moscow seen a sweeping sanctions Invoice unveiled by U.S. Senate Democrats “extraordinarily negatively” and as strain ways.

“Introducing sanctions towards a head of state is crossing a line and similar to a rupture of ties,” Mr. Peskov mentioned.
